Disappointed in customer service! After purchasing MANY items and thinking we were buying jeans for the buy one, get one 50% off, the cashier and manager told us one pair didn’t qualify because they were on clearance (was NOT a better deal), however they were in the sale section with the signs promoting buy one, get one 50% off. As the customer, I feel they should have been obligated to sell the jeans for the sale price since they were in the sale section and not on a clearance rack. If they had more sizes we would have switched the jeans out, but they did not have any more of the size we needed, in the style we had wanted. If some jeans don’t qualify for the sale then don’t have them in the sale section. Simple.

Most Marks are the same I find it hard that each store seem to have very different stock what I buy at one store it is highly unlikely to find in stock at another store. Some times seem they only want you to order on-line but I like to be able to try my items on before buting

These are the most ignorant and incompetent workers I have ever come across at a Marks work wear House. They could not follow simple instruction on my order and when I found out the shoes that the store ordered and I paid for had been sent to a completely wrong address when it was supposed to be an in store pickup, they would not claim ownership of the mistake and the manager told me it was my problem and I had to resolve it and would not refund or replace the shoes. I did discuss with Marks corporate headquarters in Ontario. The English speaking representative was very nice and understanding and is waiting to see if the shoes come back within the month to refund me the money. Still to be resolved. But I will not be buying anything from this store again.

I have visited Marks regularly and I find their employee very helpful, specially Anil. When ever I visited Marks, Anil is trying his best to provide me clothes and shoes I wanted. Hats off for Mark's employees.

To the young man that wanted to be racist and not acknowledge my sister and make my mom feel awful for trying to say hello, but acknowledge me because of my skin tone, shame on you, you should not work in customer service! To the amazing lady and other wonderful gentleman that came up to us and asked us if we needed help and apologized after they heard what happened, thank you and the world needs way more people like you!

Store is nice and clean, staff are friendly. Ya'll need to change out the hand sanitizer used because it made me break out into hives all over my hands. My mom also had a rash after.
